Yet more iPhone fun.

Last week I reviewed the new Digital Photography School book on iPhone photography, entitled appropriately enough, iPhone Photography.

Since I received my copy, I’ve been avidly consuming the information and imagery. I’m AMAZED at all the different techniques and apps you can use.

Behind the times? Who? Me?

I admit to being a bit behind the times with all the iPhone camera hoop-rah. That’s probably because I’ve been a professional commercial photographer for so long, and SLR/DSLRs with interchangeable lenses have been the holy grail for eons.

Consider me a convert. I’ve decided to challenge myself to learn all I can about this emerging and exciting field of¬†photography.

I’ve already downloaded the ProCamera app¬†that Misho Baranovic (author of iPhone Photography) says is his favorite app, onto my iPhone and have been learning all the bells and whistles

But what about Bokeh?

As I have already stated over at, I LOVE me some bokeh.

Well, imagine my surprise to learn you don’t have to give it up just because you’ve hung up your DSLR. Check out the Bokehful app!

Bokehful iPhone app

I’m not so sure about the heart shaped bokeh, but hey….who am I to judge?

The best part?

Apps are CHEAP! Woo Hooooooooooooo!!!

Buy you some. Matter of fact, buy 2 or 10 or 20.

I feel like I’ve just discovered the super secret entrance to the world’s largest fire sale.
